Services

I offer psychotherapy, assessment, and psychoeducation for adults, both in-person and online. Every person's path is different, and therapy is not one-size-fits-all - together we will find an approach that fits what you are navigating.

Service options

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore patterns in how you think, feel, and respond in daily life. People often come when they are dealing with anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, identity questions, or a more general sense that something feels out of balance.

For some, therapy is about finding more stability and support in a difficult period. For others, it becomes a space for deeper reflection, understanding long-standing patterns and how they continue to shape current experiences. The focus is always shaped by what feels most relevant for you.

Psychodiagnostic Assessment

I offer psychodiagnostic assessment for adults. This can include evaluation for ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, as well as exploration of personality-related patterns and other psychological difficulties. Assessment can help clarify long-standing questions about how you function emotionally, cognitively, or socially, and can provide direction for what kind of support may be most helpful moving forward.

Psychoeducation & Skills Support for Neurodivergence

I offer psychoeducation and short-term practical support for adults who are newly diagnosed or exploring ADHD or autism. Sessions focus on developing a clearer understanding of how neurodivergence may show up in your daily life, alongside practical strategies for difficulties you would like support with. This is a brief, focused service rather than ongoing therapy. If longer-term support would be more appropriate, I can help you consider other options.

How we will work together

Initial Intake Session

A comprehensive first meeting to understand your needs, explore your background, and collaboratively define your goals and treatment direction.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions

Ongoing therapy sessions tailored to your goals, aimed at supporting progress, building skills, and working towards meaningful change.

Psychodiagnostic Assessment

A structured evaluation to better understand your cognitive, emotional, or personality functioning, followed by clear feedback and tailored recommendations.

If you are not sure where to begin, the Intro Call is a low-pressure first step - a chance to share what is bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to continue afterward.
